Alright well I just ran the TorsoiseSVN one with the link that was given, and it worked fine. It downloaded the "codesnippets" and ".svn" folders, but I was wondering if "svn://www.rscheata.net/nexus/" is the only link I am suppose to use for retrieving items, or if I can use other links such as "svn://www.rscheata.net/nexus/Scripts" or if "svn://www.rscheata.net/nexus/" covers it all?
Any info would be appreciated.

svn checkout svn://www.rscheata.net/nexus/ into the CMD where is it saved?
And will you update the SVN every nexus update?

That is exactly what it is. Once you click SVN checkout for the first time on nexus and fill the form out all you have to do is right click on the nexus folder and click SVN Update or something like that to update it.
